Apple’s Campus 2 is expected to be completed by early next year and now we have some new video from within the spaceship ring itself. Courtesy of YouTuber MrWhitestew, a pair of new videos have emerged that take us for first-person walkthrough of Apple’s Campus 2 construction, offering one of the first looks from within the spaceship ring itself.

Following new 4K drone footage from last month, these albeit lower-quality videos give us an interesting perspective at just how massive Apple’s Campus 2 structure really is. In one video, we are taken for a ride through what is apparently the gate 5 tunnel and end up within the ring. The second video shows a panoramic view of the spaceship ring from ground-level.

In both videos, workers are seen progressing through the construction process. While a good portion of the structure itself is already built, there’s still a long way to go before Apple’s Campus 2 is ready for primetime. In the 4K footage from last month we saw crews continuing to work on the curved glass panels on the main building. These panels, which are the largest in the world, required Apple to build custom machines it named “manipulators” in order to install them.

While today’s videos aren’t the best of quality, they offer an interesting perspective as to the massive scale of the Campus 2 project. We can see just how much machinery and man-power is going towards building the one-of-a-kind structure. Not to mention, we can see the size of the Campus itself, which is expected to come in at around 2.8 million square feet.

While unveiling the iPhone SE and 9.7-inch iPad Pro last month, Tim Cook teased that all future events would be held at Campus 2, not in its Town Call. Of course, remaining events for this year will likely still be held at other locations.

As always, you can stay up to date and check out recent drone flyovers and updates in our ongoing Apple Campus 2 construction progress timeline.
