Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 debuts a new international trailer featuring Baby Groot and the rest of the crew. The Marvel Cinematic Universe, which burst onto the scene in 2008 with Iron Man, has been commanding the box office for nearly a decade now. In recent years, the studio has begun introducing more and more new heroes to their lineup, and they hit on something magical with 2014’s Guardians of the Galaxy. The movie, which follows the roguish Star-Lord/Peter Quill as he escapes from prison with a rag-tag team, garnered immense praise and went on to become the fifth highest-grossing film in the MCU.

Now, Marvel is looking to double that achievement with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. The highly anticipated sequel is set to debut in less than a month, so promo material is coming in fast and furious. From TV spots to magazine covers - plus what’s bound to be a kick-ass soundtrack - this film has been hard to miss. And it’s shaping up to be an exciting installment in the MCU, as the original Guardians add on new team members and take down more villains. Now, it looks like the rest of the world is joining the promo party, as an international trailer for the film debuted earlier today.

Check out the new international trailer above, but don’t count on understanding much unless you know German. Even though we don’t know what anybody’s saying, we love this new promo because it really channels the fun-loving spirit of the GotG movies - plus, the German dubbing is pretty hilarious.

This promo is pretty similar to the film’s official U.S. trailer, including its iconic use of Sweet’s “Fox on the Run,” which soared to the number one spot on iTunes immediately after the original trailer’s release. The teaser offers a glimpse at our beloved team, as well as bad girl gone good Nebula and newbie Mantis. All in all, it’s an awesome reminder that this undoubtedly fun film is about to hit theatres - in the U.S., at least. This trailer also provides a rare opportunity to hear Rocket say, “lederhosen.”

Vol. 2 will likely delight fans, but it will be interesting to see if the movie gets critics pumped up. Sequels are hard to pull off, even in the much-beloved Marvel realm: Thor: The Dark World, for instance, holds the franchise’s lowest Rotten Tomatoes score of all time. All signs point to this movie crushing it at the box office, but it remains to be seen whether or not it will uphold the stellar reputation of its predecessor.

Waiting is the hardest part, but this likely hit will finally be in theatres soon. In the meantime, don’t get your undies in a bunch.
